Planning Board
About
The Township Planning Board serves as a planning board and a zoning board of adjustment pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A.40:55D-25c. and was established in accordance with the provisions set forth in N.J.S.A.40:55D-1 et seq.
The Board is authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the provisions and purposes of the land use chapters of the Code of the Township of Mount Holly.
The nine-member board is appointed by the Township Council and serve four-year terms. For additional information on matters related to the Planning Board, please contact Karen Womack, Board Secretary at (609) 845-1104 or kwomack@mountholly.info.
Meeting Dates and Deadlines
The Township Planning Board meets the third Monday of every month at 7:30pm in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the municipal building. Applications must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the meeting at which you are requesting the application to be considered. All meetings are open to the public.

Historic Preservation Commission
About
The Township Historic Preservation Commission serves in order to carryout the responsibilities of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-108 through 40:55D-111, inclusive. The Board makes recommendations on certain matters dealing with properties and structures located within the Township’s Historic Preservation District.
The seven-member Commission is appointed by the Township Manager and serve four year terms. For additional information on matters related to the Commission, please contact Jill Torpey, Board Secretary, at (609) 267-6633 or jtorpey@mountholly.info.

The Township Parks & Recreation Committee serves in an advisory capacity recommending recreational policies, programs, activities with the Township.

Urban Enterprise Zone Board
About
The Urban Enterprise Zone Board serves in order to set the policies and direction for the Township’s Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) program. The Board approves projects and allocates UEZ funding in conjunction with the Township Council to promote the economic well-being of the Township.
The twelve-member board is appointed by the Township Council and serve two-year terms of office. For additional information on matters related to the UEZ Board please contact Vicki Conover, UEZ Program Monitor, at (609)845-1149 or at vconover@mountholly.info.
